Refund policy

Eligibility for Return
We gladly accept returns on:
- Unused and unopened products in original packaging
- Within 7 days of delivery
If the seal is broken or the product has been used, we unfortunately cannot accept a return — unless there is a genuine concern or dissatisfaction, in which case we will assess the issue with compassion and fairness.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at elaris7official@gmail.com with your order number.
- Mention the reason for the return and attach clear photos if needed.
- Our team will guide you through the process within 24 hours (Mon–Sat, 10AM to 6PM, PKT).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer, mobile wallet, or another convenient method discussed during the return process.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Orders placed more than 7 days ago
